Rounds for submitting requests for course registration and timetable for the 2025/2026 academic year
We remind you that submitting course requirements and enrolling in the schedule is the obligation of all students of the 1st and 2nd levels of FEI TUKE through the MAIS system – https://student.tuke.sk/student/home.mais. The exception is newly admitted students of the 1st year of bachelor's studies, for whom all mandatory courses will be enrolled in the plans at the study department.
Round dates for subjects provided by FEI TUKE:
1st round only for subjects – 07.07.2025 from 9.30 a.m. - 11.07.2025 until 9.00 a.m. - results of (non)acceptances of the 1st round 15.07.2025 after 9.00 a.m.
2nd round only for subjects - 17.07.2025 from 10.00 a.m. – 15.08.2025 until 8.30 a.m., results of (non)acceptances of the 2nd round 20.08.2024 at 8.30 a.m.
3rd round only by schedule - 09.09.2025 from 10.00 a.m. - 16.09.2025 until 10.00 a.m. - winter semester only
The timetable for compulsory subjects for first-year bachelor's students is created by the study department and is fixed. First-year students do not register for the schedule for compulsory subjects; they will be registered and placed in groups on Study Department.
All other timetable units for other years are already being prepared by the guaranteeing departments. They are gradually published even before the round opens for students. Due to the complexity of the creation, it is not always possible to detect collisions or the absence of a lunch break for each combination of options. We ask students and teachers to cooperate by reporting any conflicts or other problems with the schedule as soon as possible before the start of the round for students to the relevant departments.
Schedule entries will be fixed in the student interface by the end of Round 3. We ask students to prepare and complete their schedules on time and consistently.
4th round only by schedule - 18.09.2025 from 09.30 a.m. - 22.09.2025 until 08.30 a.m. - winter semester only
There will be no registrations for subjects and schedules at the study department. After the schedule round is closed, the schedule is fixed for students. Only teachers can transfer a student between groups after the schedule round is closed. However, it is not their obligation and they do not have to allow the transfer. We ask students to consistently put their subjects and schedules in order through the MAIS rounds.
Questions or issues should be addressed in person or sent electronically via university student email addresses only (as accurately described as possible, name and surname, degree, year, program, subject code, subject name, MAIS system error, exact description of how and where it occurred ...) and address:
